We do not provide prepaid labels or insurance, so please use a secure, trackable, and insured shipping method.

PAYMENT

Once your items are received and verified, payment is released by Check, eCheck, or Bank Wire.

SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS

Include All Required Documents

Place all necessary paperwork inside your package to ensure smooth processing:

Completed and signed Sales Record Form (sent in your confirmation email)
Your sale confirmation page or purchase order
A copy of your state‑issued driver’s license or ID

Missing documents may pause processing until everything is received.

Pack Your Items

Securely Wrap each piece individually using protective materials like bubble wrap, foam, kraft paper, or air pillows. Use a sturdy box and seal all seams and corners with packing tape to prevent damage during transit.

Label

Clearly Use the shipping address provided in your Trade Information email. Attach your label firmly to the box and cover it with clear tape to protect it from moisture or tearing. Double‑check that both the shipping and return addresses are accurate and easy to read.

Ship Promptly

Packages must be postmarked within two business days of your sale confirmation to keep your transaction on schedule.

Important Freedom Capital Reserve does not provide prepaid labels or shipping insurance. Please use a secure, trackable, and insured shipping method such as USPS Priority Mail, Registered Mail, FedEx, or UPS, with signature confirmation required.

Send Us Your Tracking Number

After shipping, email your tracking number to our support team so we can monitor your package and avoid delays. If you have an online account, you may also enter the tracking number directly on your order page.
